Wow, look at that BLUE hair!Challenge 39 at the Sugar Bowl was two fold, first a sketch to follow and then you had to use BLUE in theme.
I used Sugar Nellie- Coffee Time for my image. Along with that I used Creative Imaginations DP, memento ink, copics, prismacolor and bazil paper.
